University during the
month of October 2011 .
Entry information will be

The Artists' Market
Members and non-members sell their wares in downtown Midland at the Artists' Market on Thursday's
during "Tunes by the Tridge" in June, July, and August. The Artists' Market is a collaboration between
the Midland Downtown Development Authority, Creative 360 and the Midland Artists Guild. To find out
how to reserve a space go to the contract, rules, and application form.
Annual Group Exhibits
MAG organizes several group exhibits during the year.
-- Meier Camera Exhibit has an annual group photography exhibit.
-- The Clare Welcome Center Exhibit has a "Michigan Theme" group exhibit for two months during the
summer featuring 2D and 3D pieces.
-- The Healing Arts Gallery Exhibit at the Mid Michigan Medical Center also features both 2D and 3D
pieces.
-- The Fairview Inn Exhibit is continuous all year long. Members can hang 1 - 2 pieces of 2D art for sale.

Exhibit Venues
MAG has established local business partners where members can exhibit and sell their art. Stop in and
see the on-going exhibits at the following locations. The exhibits change about every six weeks, so there
is always something new to see. To learn more about signing up for an exhibit read the following

The Artists' Market
takes place on Thursdays
during the summer.
2011 dates are June 2nd
through August 4th.
Griswold Exhibit
A fall exhibit at the Griswold Communications building on the Northwood University Campus continues
through the month of October. Each year one piece from the exhibit is chosen by Northwood University
for a purchase award and the award is presented at an artist reception.
Annual Juried Exhibition
A month-long "members only" juried exhibition highlighted by an opening reception, awards, and
recognition is held in the first quarter of each year at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library.
Clare Welcome Center
Exhibit - Colors of
Michigan
will be held
during August and
Septermber and is now
closed to new entries.
Meier Camera
Photography Exhibit
will
be held during the month
of November.
